Stradale Apartments update II

Last week, Lexington Management, owner and operator of the currently under construction “Stradale” apartments on the Village of Denmark’s southwestern side, announced some much-awaited details about the rapidly-progressing project.

Since starting in May of this year, Lexington and their partnering contractors have been able to rapidly construct the seven large apartment buildings that will house the 98 units. The units will be divided between a variety of one-, two- and three-bedroom options, and each will have their own attached garage. Other amenities included in each unit are full-size washers and dryers, guest half-bathrooms, walk-in closets and a private entrance as well as a private balcony or patio.

Although only starting seven months ago, the new apartment complex will be open for residents by the end of next month with Lexington announcing units will be available on January 23, 2024.
