During last week’s Town of Glenmore monthly Board of Supervisors meeting, tensions flared over regulations and procedures for “Animal Waste Storage Facilities", better known as manure pits, with board members voting 2-1 to uphold the current requirement for Conditional Use Permits (CUPs).
