WAUSAUKEE - Douglas Robert Lichtfeld, age 86, of Wausaukee, passed away on Sunday, January 25, 2026, at Agrace HospiceCare. He was born on July 18, 1939, in Lake Forest, IL, the son of Richard and Grace (Harms) Lichtfeld.

Rosemary (Rosie) Teresa Meles passed away peacefully Thursday, January 29, 2026, at the age of 88. She was born on July 16, 1937, in Hilbert, Wisconsin, to the late Victor and Veronica (Schumacher) Wolf.

Students from Mishicot and Reedsville High Schools recently took part in a unique vocal workshop during their music trip to Walt Disney World, gaining a behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to perform in the professional entertainment industry. The workshop focused on voice acting, performance skills, and career opportunities within companies like Disney.

Bernard Joseph Brey, age 75, passed away on December 26, 2025, at Blue Palms Health and Rehabilitation in Tampa, Florida. 

Donald E. Dickrell, age 85, of Cooperstown, WI passed away with his family at his side on Wednesday, December 24th at Woodside Senior Community in Green Bay where he had been recovering after a fall on October 31st.

Daniel J. Schweiner, age 69, of Denmark, WI, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 8, 2025 at Scandinavian Court in Denmark, WI with his family at his side.

Our parents are reunited once again after 30 years. Christine “Chris” Mary (Johnson) Leiterman was greeted by her husband, Ronald “Ron” Leiterman on November 7, 2025, at the age of 73. Chris has been a longtime resident of Denmark Wisconsin. They were united in marriage on May 31, 1969, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Glenmore, Wisconsin.

Jerome Joseph Bielinski passed away peacefully on September 24, 2025, in Houston, Texas. He was born in Denmark, Wisconsin, on March 21, 1937, to Jacob Bielinski and Mary (Kukla) Bielinski.

He was born on June 28, 1961, in Green Bay, WI, son of the late Cletus and Lula Belle “Lou” (De Grave) Rukamp. 

Jewel Rose Hoefner, 88, Cooperstown, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family October 9, 2025.

The daughter of John and Marie (Hessel) Fenlon was born September 15, 1937, in Green Bay. Jewel married Donald Hoefner May 18, 1957, at St. James Catholic Church, Cooperstown.

Joy Ann Alwes died peacefully and surrounded by family at her home near Maribel, WI, on Oct. 1, 2025. Joy was born to George and Louise Bade in Kankakee, Illinois, on May 9, 1944. She was baptized into the Christian faith April 17, 1949.  

David Mark Bredael passed away unexpectedly September 2, 2025, in Eau Claire, Wisconsin at 55 years of age.

David was born November 23, 1969, in Green Bay, Wisconsin to Mark and Lana Bredael. While growing up in Cooperstown, he shared many adventures with his siblings, Susan, Linda, and John.
